Kelsey Asbille Chow, an American actress rose to fame due to her performance on her role in the Disney XD comedy 'Pair of Kings.' Barbara was a part of The Lifetime's Army Wives TV Series, and guest-starred on the ABC show George Lopez and played a regular role in Sabrina The Teenage Witch. Barbara traveled across the United States in Neil Simon's version of The Odd Couple for women. During 2012 Barbara appeared on stage at The New Theatre in Kansas City Missouri in the play Social Security which had a one month run at Jacksonville Florida in summer of 2014.
